How we handle enquiry data

When you send an enquiry through this website, or by phone or email, we collect the details you give us, your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your project, so that we can respond and quote for the work.

• Who processes it. The enquiry is handled by Ashworth Heritage Stonemasons. Delivery and archiving of website enquiries is carried out on our behalf by Digital Five and its email provider (Postmark), who act as our processors.
• The Digital Five archive. A copy of each website enquiry is retained in a secure archive so that nothing is lost in transit. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver and support the service.
• Retention. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for our own reasonable business records.
